BAUCENTER is interested in the best sites on local markets in the cities where we are going to build our new stores. The plots of land for construction must meet the following requirements:

1. The area of the plot is 3,5-6 hectares, it should be in the immediate vicinity of the main city roads.

2. The land should adjoin a road at the extent of not less than 160 meters and should be located on the right side of the road if one moves from the downtown.

3. It is preferable if there is public transportation within the land (trams, trolleybuses or buses).

4. Requirements for utility services:
•  Electricity - not less than 1 МWt;
•  Heating system - not less than 500 KWt of thermal energy;
•  Portable water - not less than 10 cubic meters per day;
•  Fire water - not less than 35 liters per second;
•  Rain water;
•  Sewage water.

5. In the cities with the population over 800 thousand inhabitants we would like to acquire three sites located in the form of a triangle around the city center; in the cities with the population over 500 thousand inhabitants BAUCENTER will choose two sites located in different areas of the city.
